Please avoid all red meats, bread, pasta, nuts, cheese grains, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, beans, and sugar in any form while cleansing as these foods are hard to digest and will interfere with your progress. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, always, for as long as you intend to live in vibrant health.
Drink each day:
1 quart distilled water – add 3 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll
1 quart distilled water – add with
1 quart unfiltered Concord grape, apple, or carrot juice, unless sensitive.
